At Innov8, Joan Ziegler helps companies at every stage, with a special focus on company formation and strategy, securing financing, and business planning.
Joan has founded five companies in Silicon Valley and New York City. In addition to founding Innov8 Firm, she continues as CEO and cofounder of PrivaSys, a holding company that licenses credit card technology to American Express, Discover, First Data, MasterCard and Visa. PrivaSys’s intellectual property is deployed in over 100 million US cards & devices including Applepay, Android Pay & SamsungPay.

Helen’s client companies have provided a wide range of services, including personal device/item tracking, 3D hardware and software, food service software applications, and data mining.

Having spent more than a decade at two FinTech startups he has a wealth of knowledge in the payments arena, bringing expertise in MasterCard/Visa certifications PCI compliance.

John Weber's IT career has spanned almost 35 years. His managerial experience includes software development guided by both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and project management. He has been responsible for all phases of software development - requirements, analysis, design, coding, testing(QA) and all associated documentation. His security experience includes working with Thales and SafeNet HSMs, NBS Technologies, Entrust Datacard, MasterCard's certification process, EMV compliance and Brightsight, the world's largest security lab. His industry experience includes financial services, healthcare, telecommunications, energy, pharmaceuticals and aerospace.
